Unbundling Workshop in Vancouver January 31 2018

Categories: Innovation, Unbundling

The Lab continues to support the Unbundling Initiative now that the Law Foundation funded project has wound up.  Unbundled legal services are a key part of the access to justice puzzle AND a way for lawyers to begin to practice law differently – in a way that meets their personal and professional goals and values.

Some very creative webinars have been held in BC (and nationally) to provide the basics.  What we need now is an interactive, hands-on workshop that doesn’t just describe what it is but gets into the nitty gritty of what it looks like and feels like to actually offer high quality unbundled legal services.

Fortunately, the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch is now organizing a full-day interactive workshop in Vancouver on January 31, 2018.  The workshop will feature Forrest (Woody) Mosten (the “father of unbundling”) and will focus on practical skills through simulations, roleplays and interviews.

Check out the workshop information and registration page here.

We hope you can join us!
